I believe in you...

"I'm the first one in my family to go to college..."

I can't tell you how many times I've had this conversation with clients. I love it...it's mind blowing to encounter so many women that are the black sheep of the family that chose a different path and are making their own way through life. In many cases, their ability to overcome their surroundings most often wasn't because they had someone on the sidelines cheering them on. It's because they decided to dig deep and know there was more out there...AND to take the action to go and get it.

For me, I'm from a family of six children...all the same parents (yes, that is necessary to say these days...lol). I'm number four out of six and we didn't grow up with a silver spoon of any sort. We were raised very rich in ethics and morals. I actually didn't know we were financially poor until I became an adult and learned that the big block of cheese and all those gallons of milk we got every month were actually from government assistance.

Who knew...not any of the six of us...

Of the six, I'm the 1st to go to college and graduate. Although higher education wasn't either of my parents path, the were always encouraging me to go after whatever my heart desired and made me believe I could do anything I set my heart out to do. Those thoughts have carried me through 'a many' of situations over my life. Chances I took, the faith I leaped out on, the comfort to be in ANY room and silently own with my confidence - just so many things...

I can't imagine what it must be like for someone who didn't have that outside influence of a parent, aunt, uncle, teacher, mentor...just to say "I believe in you".

So, for what it's worth to you today, with whatever you're doing in the very moment, whatever phase of life's journey you're in...

I want to let you know that I believe in you!

You are strong

You are worthy

You are smart

You are pretty

You are resilient

You are doing the d*^n thing, girl!

Keep on keepin' on!

If there is anything I can ever do for you to help in your journey of life or business, simply reach out.

Love and blessings,
